Power Device Corporation (PDC) is seeking a Senior PCB Layout Designer to join our engineering team. You will develop PCB and hybrid layouts that meet electrical, mechanical, manufacturing, and reliability requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams. Mentoring junior designers is part of the role.

The position is 100% onsite in Bohemia, NY or Poway, CA, with compensation of $130,000–$145,000 annually based on experience. U.S. Person or license eligibility required.

Formación

• Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent training.
• 6–8 years of PCB design experience including hybrid circuits and discrete-component PCBs.
• Extensive experience with high-speed, high-density, multilayer layouts.
• SolidWorks proficiency for electronics packaging and 3D drawings.
• Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes and manufacturable designs.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently and to deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-speed, high-density, multilayer PCBs and hybrid circuits from placement through release.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to resolve layout issues.
