Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in applications engineering, signal integrity, test engineering, product development, or related roles.
• Expertise with DDR4/DDR5/LPDDR, PCIe Gen4/Gen5/Gen6, PAM4 signaling, and high-speed serial architectures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for DDR memory, PCIe, PAM4, DPOJET, and high-performance probe applications.
• Independently resolve complex customer technical issues and escalations involving signal integrity, jitter analysis, and measurement workflows.
• Conduct advanced customer demonstrations, proof-of-concept evaluations, and measurement consultations.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities and accelerate customer adoption of Tektronix solutions.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, application notes, training content, webinars, and conference presentations.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by translating requirements into feedback for product teams.
• Support new product introductions, beta evaluations, and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing to improve products and workflows.
• Represent Tektronix at events and customer engagements.
• Mentor junior engineers within the Applications Engineering organization.
