Job summary

Omni Design Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to drive high-speed ADC/DAC development from spec through layout supervision to production release.

You will conduct transistor-level design, layout supervision, and silicon characterization to ensure top-tier performance. The role requires strong modeling skills, bench testing, and the ability to work with teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal IC development in advanced CMOS processes.
• Thorough familiarity with high-speed, high-resolution ADC/DAC data converter design techniques (bandgap reference, op-amp, comparators, oscillators, DLL/PLL).
• Track record of taking designs to production and proven bench evaluation of silicon.
• Experience with evaluating silicon on bench and familiarity with standard lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead transistor-level design from initial specification through layout supervision and silicon characterization to market introduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust performance and reliability across process variants.
• Work with geographically distributed teams and document design intent clearly.
