Baker Tilly is seeking a High Net Worth Tax Managing Director to lead compliance and consulting for wealthy individuals and family offices in the US. You will guide complex returns and deliver strategic planning across estate, gift, and generation skipping taxes.

Lead engagements, supervise teams, and drive business development while maintaining high standards of client service and ethical conduct. Travel as needed, with an emphasis on growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals, family offices, and private businesses.
• Strong knowledge of personal, trust, estate, and gift taxation.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and lead teams to profitability.

Responsabilités

• Lead compliance and consulting services for high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
• Direct and supervise complex tax returns including estates, gifts, trusts, and partnerships.
• Provide proactive tax planning and strategy, including business succession and charitable planning.
• Mentor staff, manage staffing and billing, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Networking to acquire new clients and opportunities, and contribute to firm growth.
