Baker Tilly US seeks a High Net Worth Tax Managing Director to lead our private wealth practice and mentor a team of professionals, serving executives, families and family offices with complex tax planning, wealth transfer and estate strategies.

The role requires an undergraduate degree in accounting or law, CPA or JD, 8+ years in tax and at least 4 years of supervisory experience, plus willingness to travel. U.S. work eligibility is preferred.

Qualificações

• An undergraduate degree in accounting or law required.
• CPA or JD required.
• Eight or more years’ experience in tax planning and consulting for wealthy individuals, family members and their trusts.
• Four or more years supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., without sponsorship, highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational affluent families, family offices and their private businesses and/or investment entities.
• Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met.
• Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build relationships to acquire new clients, projects, and revenue.
• Invest in professional development and participate in firm-wide learning and development programs.
