The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a CFP designation, along with 10+ years of client- or advisor-facing experience.

Formación

• 10+ years of client- or advisor-facing financial planning experience.
• CFP designation.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on High Net Worth Planning Services, including taxation, business succession, estate planning, trusts, life insurance, and retirement plans.
• Conduct research, leverage technology, and apply experience to address complex financial planning issues.
• Review and summarize complex estate planning documents and business governance documents.
• Distill complex planning strategies into accessible recommendations for advisors and clients.
• Identify developments impacting financial planning and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including conferences and trainings.
• Mentor colleagues to develop financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
