Osaic is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. The role emphasizes estate planning, business planning, and tax planning, translating complex concepts into clear solutions for financial advisors and their high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in financial planning, CFP, and strong presentation skills, with experience mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client- or advisor-facing capacity.
• CFP designation or equivalent certification.
• Experience delivering educational content and presenting to diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple complex cases.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative solutions to financial advisors on estate, business, tax and retirement planning.
• Research, leverage technology, and address complex planning issues for advisors.
• Review and summarize complex estate documents and business agreements.
• Distill planning strategies into actionable advisor recommendations.
• Identify industry developments and inform strategic direction.
• Deliver presentations to internal and external audiences, including trainings and webinars.
• Mentor colleagues to develop their financial planning skills.
• All other duties as assigned.
