Osaic is seeking a highly experienced Estate Planning Strategist to join our High Net Worth Planning Services team. This role serves as a subject matter expert on estate planning strategies, trust design, wealth transfer planning, and related legislative developments impacting high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience practicing law in the trusts and estates field and the ability to analyze complex estate planning documents, identify planning opportunities and

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience practicing law focused on trusts and estates.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and interpreting estate planning documents.
• Ability to explain complex planning concepts to non-attorneys.
• Experience developing educational content for advisors.

Mansioni

• Serve as a trusted estate planning resource for financial advisors serving high-net-worth clients.
• Review, analyze, and summarize complex estate planning documents and related instruments.
• Identify opportunities, risks, inconsistencies, and gaps in client plans.
• Collaborate with internal planning specialists to support complex cases.
• Collaborate with financial advisors on wealth transfer and trust planning strategies.
• Develop concise, actionable estate plan summaries for advisors and clients.
• Educate advisors on concepts and trends through trainings and webinars.
• Monitor legislative and tax developments affecting estate planning.
• Produce briefs and internal guidance for the team and advisors.
• Represent Osaic as an estate planning SME at conferences and events.
