Job summary

Citi India Equities Technology seeks a Senior Infrastructure & Specialist to ensure high availability of HFT infrastructure and applications. You will support Linux environments, FIX connectivity, and DMA/algorithmic trading platforms, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will manage incident resolution, batch automation, and regulatory data transfers, working with cross-functional partners in a hybrid setup across Mumbai and global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production support, applications, or infra operations in capital markets/investment banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-tier UAT and Production environments for trading.
• Design and monitor batch jobs using Autosys for critical workflows.
• Lead FIX connectivity platform configuration, onboarding, testing, and certs.
• Provide on-floor L1/L2 support to high-touch trading desks and DMA/algos.
• Coordinate exchange connectivity tasks and liaise with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage incidents from detection to RCA and ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira).
• Ensure regulatory file transfers to SEBI and clients.
