Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a senior HEOR leader to develop and execute evidence generation strategies across the product lifecycle. You will lead retrospective studies using claims and EHR data, build economic models, and prepare dossiers for payers and physicians.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage external partners, and contribute to publications and scientific communications. A PhD or Master’s in a related field with 5+ years of experience is required, with hybrid work

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in health economics and outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, public health, health services research, health policy, pharmacy, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in health economics, outcomes research, RWE generation, epidemiology, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of HEOR strategies for ARISTADA, generating evidence supporting clinical, economic, and patient-centered value for payers and physicians.
• Support the Head of Psychiatry HEOR with HEOR strategies for other assets across the product lifecycle.
• Lead and manage HEOR projects, including retrospective observational studies using administrative claims, electronic health records, and other real-world data sources.
• Support development of AMCP dossiers, value communication materials, health economic models/assessments, literature reviews, and retrospective/prospective observational studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify evidence needs and translate objectives into research plans.
• Manage external vendors/consultants/research partners to ensure quality and timely execution while managing budgets.
• Support scientific publications, congress presentations, and other scientific communications.
• Communicate study findings internally and contribute to training/education.
• Represent the company at scientific meetings as appropriate.
