Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize workflow to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, safety and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of PDCA systems to implement and monitor process improvements and take action where appropriate.
• Ensure team members maintain departmental policies/procedures, and adhere to all quality, safety, and regulatory standards/requirements.
• Support department by monitoring regulatory/accreditation compliance. Address deficiencies as appropriate.
• Train new and current team members and students; ensure orientation and training checklists are completed.
• Provide feedback to leadership about team members' performance, including coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Assist leadership in completing performance appraisals and preparing training/education programs.
