The successful candidate will hold an unrestricted New York license, have ACLS/BCLS and DEA credentials, and contribute to teaching residents and fellows while advancing clinical trials.

Qualifications

• Valid and unlimited license to practice medicine in New York.
• Valid license to prescribe controlled substances.
• ACLS/BCLS Certification
• Valid DEA Certification
• Demonstrated experience in the specialty per credentialing requirements.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Leads Malignant and Benign Hematology multidisciplinary conferences
• Oversees development and implementation of clinical protocols for hematologic care
• Participates in monthly K6 meetings to address inpatient hematologic care challenges
• Identifies and supports clinical trial and research priorities in Hematology
• Provides educational leadership for residents and fellows
