Job summary

Menarini Stemline is recruiting a (Sr) Medical Science Liaison for the Hematology therapeutic area. The role covers the West region with remote-field activity from Bridgewater, NJ, and requires travel more than 70% domestically.

You will engage KOLs/HCPs, present clinical data, support investigator-initiated and sponsor trials, and contribute to medical communications while staying current on regulatory guidelines and product launches.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred (MD/PhD/PharmD)
• At least 5 years of MSL experience
• At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs in Hematology & Oncology
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, HIPAA rules
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel >70% domestically

Responsibilities

• Identify key thought leaders and establish relationships with HCPs in assigned territory
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies
• Provide insights on emerging scientific/clinical data to internal stakeholders
• Present clinical information to HCPs in response to requests
• facilitate investigator-initiated trials and support sponsor trials
• Support advisory boards and coordinate trial site recommendations
• Represent Stemline at medical conferences and meetings
• Maintain expertise in hematology/oncology therapies and competitive products
