Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to lead scientific exchanges within an assigned US territory. You will engage with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers, presenting data and supporting investigator-initiated and company-sponsored trials in oncology.

The role requires an advanced degree and 5+ years of MSL experience, with strong knowledge of hematology/oncology, travel >70%, and robust collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; MD, PhD, or PharmD preferred.
• At least 5 years of MSL experience preferred.
• At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs in Hematology & Oncology; hematology focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare and access environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a high-matrix environment.
• Experience with product launches or as a therapeutic point of contact.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Able to organize, prioritize, and adapt in a changing environment.
• Strong compliance knowledge and HIPAA/ICH/GCP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Identify key thought leaders and establish relationships with HCPs within territory.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with Medical Affairs strategies.
• Provide insights on emerging data to internal stakeholders.
• Present clinical information to internal and external groups.
• Respond to unsolicited data requests in a fair, balanced manner.
• Collaborate with academic institutions for investigations and ISTs.
• Support investigator-sponsored and company-sponsored trials from activation to completion.
• Support trial site recommendations and timelines with clinical operations.
• Represent Stemline at medical conferences and meetings.
• Maintain expertise in therapeutic area and provide leadership input.
