Job summary

Menarini Stemline is seeking a (Sr.) Medical Science Liaison to lead scientific exchange in hematology/oncology within the West US region, including KOL/HCP interactions and support for investigator-initiated and company-sponsored trials.

The role requires an advanced degree and at least 5 years in MSL, with strong presentation and collaboration skills. Heavy travel (>70%) is expected, and the package includes base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MD/PhD/PharmD) preferred.
• At least 5 years of MSL experience.
• At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs in Hematology & Oncology; Hematology focus preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, HIPAA and related guidelines.
• Willingness to travel >70% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Identify key thought leaders and establish relationships with healthcare providers in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory plans in alignment with US and global Medical Affairs strategies.
• Provide insights on emerging scientific/clinical data and present information to HCPs.
• Support investigator-sponsored and company-sponsored trials; liaise with researchers and trial sites.
• Represent Stemline at medical conferences and meetings.
• Provide supervision and coaching to peers as needed.
