Required qualifications include a Top-Secret clearance, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and certifications such as Security+ or Network+, with ITILv4 Foundation considered for operational staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of system or helpdesk experience in federal DoD environments.
• Associate’s degree in IT Management, Cybersecurity, CS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for service desk management roles.
• CompTIA Security+ CE or Network+ CE, or ITILv4 Foundation (minimum for operational personnel).
• Active Top-Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to phone-in or walk-in customers.
• Support ticketing systems via DAF standard portals.
• Handle incidents across unclassified or classified networks.
• Prioritize executive tickets and coordinate with agency leadership as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and outcomes in the ticketing system.
