Job summary

Blue Shield of California is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the Clinical Quality Analytics team to lead annual HEDIS audit operations. You will act as the primary liaison to external audit firms and drive roadmaps, information requests, onsite activities, and cross-functional deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs/projects; milestone tracking and risk management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with HEDIS reporting and NCQA audits; liaison to external audit firms preferred.
• PMP or similar certification preferred but not required.
