Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of HEDIS medical record review with over-read responsibilities.
• 2 years of training or supervising staff.
• 3 years in clinical, health plan, or health information management.

Responsibilities

• Design, pilot, monitor HEDIS/Stars projects and oversee implementation.
• Create policies, procedures and training materials; deliver training.
• Manage validation of supplemental data sources (primary source verification).
• Lead HEDIS compliance audits and related deliverables.
• Onboard new abstraction/retrieval staff.
