You will work in a dynamic environment that includes office tasks, crane operations, and manufacturing equipment, backed by a strong safety program and supportive team. This role emphasizes growth and continuous improvement within CMC.

Formación

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and learn quickly; overtime may be required.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Heavy equipment operation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Safe work practices and adherence to PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Assist maintenance personnel when requested.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture.
• Effectively communicate production issues and needs.
• Ensure equipment inspection reports are filled out each shift.
• Perform minor maintenance or repairs as needed.
• Suggest improvements in work methods and procedures.
• Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area.
• Understand start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Ensure tasks from Operations Support Management are completed on time.
• Stay alert to unsafe conditions and report them.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems using job knowledge and teamwork.
• Operate Heavy Equipment.
• Lead Mill Services teams responsible for scrap handling, slag management and other support tasks.
