Blattner Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Oklahoma to troubleshoot and repair a range of equipment from heavy construction to light tools. You will operate machinery to diagnose issues, inspect for defects, and assist with small welding and fabrication tasks in the shop.

The role emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and collaboration with supervisors and teammates to maintain project productivity.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and fabrication knowledge from a 2-year post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of maintenance knowledge and experience with mechanic work and light welding.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment across heavy construction to light tools.
• Operate equipment to diagnose problems and inspect defects.
• Assist with small welding and fabrication tasks coming through shop.
• Maintain safety policies and procedures in the work environment.
