Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior superintendent for large-scale heavy highway projects in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will lead on-site teams, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence across heavy civil construction initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction, at least 5 years as a superintendent, a BS in Construction Management, OSHA 30, P6 familiarity and HCSS HeavyJob experience. Relocation benefits exist and a strong benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction with 5+ years as a superintendent.
• Experience running Heavy Civil or Heavy Highway projects.
• Familiar with P6 scheduling software.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist on-site project team to ensure project success.
• Oversee field operations to maintain safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to meet milestones.
