Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction experience in heavy highway and civil projects.
• Experience managing large-scale GC preconstruction to final closeout.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• At least 5 years of supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases to meet schedule, budget and quality goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including critical path tracking.
• Lead field teams, engineers and subcontractors to align with objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks and ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Prepare, negotiate and process change orders, RFIs and submittals.
• Manage budgets, cost tracking and financial forecasting.
• Ensure permits, insurance coverage and subcontractor compliance.
• Organize project meetings and prepare monthly status reports.
• Mentor and develop project team members for growth.
• Transition project to owners with sign-offs upon completion.
