Qualifications

• 5+ years experience supervising heavy civil site work
• Ability to read blueprints and understand specs
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Must have valid driver's license
• Experience managing large projects ($500K–$10M)
• Ability to schedule, plan, and meet production goals
• Capable of working independently or in a team
• Experience with safety and environmental controls
• Proven ability to develop project schedules
• Ability to hire, mentor, and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiar with coordinating multi-disciplinary trades
• Knowledge of looking ahead and resourcing

Responsibilities
