You will inspect equipment, report needs to the Superintendent, and ensure paperwork is completed accurately. Travel may be required; strong safety record and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in finish or fine grade operations or related experience.
• Ability to understand grade stakes and project plans.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player.
• Valid driver's license; travel may be required.
• Strong attendance history and safety record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise grading crews to ensure safety, efficiency, and on-schedule work.
• Operate equipment for rough/finish grade, slope work, and other excavating tasks.
• Inspect equipment before and after shifts.
• Inform the Superintendent of material, equipment, and staffing needs to avoid delays.
• Complete all paperwork promptly.
• Inspect grading work to verify specifications are met.
• Other equipment operation as needed.
• Maintain regular and timely attendance.
• Motor grader experience is preferred.
• Provide frontline safety leadership for crew and site.
