Responsibilities include supervising crews, tracking progress, managing field operations, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in heavy highway excavation and supervision.
• Hands-on experience supervising excavation crews.
• Experience coordinating heavy equipment and subcontractors.
• Experience scheduling labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily excavation and heavy civil construction operations.
• Plan and coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Oversee excavation activities for highways, runways, and infrastructure projects.
• Direct foremen, operators, and laborers to maintain productivity and workmanship.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and resolve field challenges.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on schedules, resources, costs and progress.
