Required are DOT experience, HCSS/Primavera P6/Bluebeam proficiency, and a civil engineering background. Jobs span Tampa, Jacksonville, and St. Augustine in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years civil construction estimating experience, DOT/FDOT preferred.
• Experience with hard-bid DOT, municipal and private cost proposals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and completeness of cost proposals and bid submissions.
• Identify projects to bid and pursue Design-Build opportunities.
• Analyze contract docs, prepare detailed estimates using HCSS, and do quantity take-offs.
• Solicit supplier/subcontractor proposals and prepare project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Develop standardized estimating systems and train other estimators.
