The role requires a Civil Engineering degree (Bachelors and Masters) and 20+ years of consulting experience, with travel up to 25% and a focus on delivering high-quality, solution‑oriented outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum of 20 years of civil engineering/water resources consulting experience.
• Proven ability to develop and lead multiple large project teams.
• Excellent client relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation, mentorship and external team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% monthly.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee extensive and complex water resources programs with significant staff and stakeholders.
• Align staffing and operations with company objectives and strategy.
• Collaborate with senior PMs to handle complex client matters and contracts.
• Lead and mentor staff; ensure QA/QC and risk management standards.
• Manage large, multidisciplinary projects and client relationships to win new business.
