Job summary

Kids for the Future in Rancho Cucamonga is seeking a Healthcare Foreman to lead onsite installation teams for nurse call, security and fire life safety systems.

You will manage project progress, ensure quality work and serve as the main contact between the Project Manager, contractors, and the client. This role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of low voltage systems, and the ability to coordinate schedules, safety and budgets across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction and/or low voltage installation.
• 5+ years installing low voltage in healthcare environments.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Associates degree in Electrical Engineering Technology preferred.
• BSEE preferred.
• Electrical trade school preferred.
• Result oriented with target achievement ability.
• Customer service driven and able to lead teams.
• Influencing, leading and delegating abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate team members.
• Ability to read/constr docs and project specs.
• Proficient in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Advanced technical knowledge of construction/low voltage/fire life safety systems.
• Manufacture knowledge; certified on hospital fire life safety systems.
• Able to troubleshoot networks, systems, and applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite installation of nurse call, security and fire life safety systems.
• Manage project progress, timelines and budget with PM and contractors.
• Supervise field crews, assign activities and monitor safety and quality.
• Coordinate communication with client and AHJ during inspections.
• Maintain project documentation, tickets and timely billing.
• Provide training and onboarding for new technicians.
