Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction and/or low-voltage installation.
• 5+ years in healthcare environments specifically for fire life safety.
• 5+ years in a leadership or project management role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all phases of low-voltage and fire life safety installations in healthcare facilities.
• Track project financials, including cost control, budget forecasting, billing, and WIP adjustments.
• Serve as the primary client point of contact — leading meetings, providing updates, and resolving issues.
