Qualifications

• Willing to work outside core business hours.

Responsibilities

• Review change requests for consistency with existing systems.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and implement fixes.
• Implement business functions using configuration systems within SLAs.
• Analyze requirements and perform configuration analysis, design, coding, and unit testing.
• Develop prototype configurations to support solutions.
• Design configurations to meet changing regulatory requirements.
• Escalate and resolve issues per directions.
• Provide accurate estimates for assigned activities.
• Document status of requests in change management system.
• Lead or assist projects and mentor others.
