Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 4+ years of professional life science experience, preferably in consulting, branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management or market research.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Passion for bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Passion for healthcare and solving client business needs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with a good understanding of primary and secondary market research.
• Illustrate business acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Confidence outlining reports and proposals in response to client RFPs and final presentations to Ipsos clients.
• Lead development, production, and interpretation of data for standard reports using analytics resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
• High independence and exceptional work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, proactive demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across healthcare, including competitive assessments and market landscape analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations and material development for multiple projects.
• Guide Analysts and Senior Analysts on engagements and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally within Advisory and broader HC teams on research approaches.
• Outline reports and proposals in response to RFPs and client presentations.
• Lead client interactions from kick‑off through reporting milestones.
• Develop, produce, and interpret data for standard reports using analytics resources.
• Support strategic recommendations and marketing materials.
