Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a senior Healthcare Advisory professional to help clients in biopharma, health insurance, digital health, medical devices, and diagnostics. You’ll partner with executives to shape growth strategies, perform market analyses, and drive strategic programs across healthcare segments.

The role emphasizes leadership, rigorous analysis, and the ability to translate data into compelling client-ready insights.

Qualifications

BA/BS required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of life sciences experience in management consulting/strategy, commercial strategy, product launch/management/marketing, or business analytics.
Experience with market access/health economics/evidence generation preferred.
Strong project management and ability to lead multiple projects.
Experience mentoring junior staff and managing direct reports.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
Ability to work cross-functionally and understand market research.
Proven ability to outline, write proposals in response to client RFPs.

Responsibilities

Consulting and strategic development with executives to grow new segments.
Market analysis, sizing, opportunity assessment and market valuation.
Partnership development and growth optimization for commercial programs.
Client activation workshops and strategy refinement sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop solutions.
