Job summary

Ipsos Healthcare is seeking a driven Senior Consultant to join its Advisory Services team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering client engagements across the healthcare landscape, including competitive assessments, market landscape analysis, and launch strategies.

The Senior Consultant will lead day‑to‑day operations, guide Analysts, develop reports, and present proposals to clients, driving strategic recommendations and business development.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 4+ years of life science experience, preferably in consulting or market research.
• Strong project management and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations and material development for multiple engagements.
• Provide leadership to Analysts and Senior Analysts on engagements.
• Lead development, production, and interpretation of data for standard reports.

Ipsos Healthcare, a leading market research agency, is looking for a driven, self‑motivated Senior Consultant to join our Advisory Services team. The role focuses on delivering client engagements across the healthcare landscape, including developing competitive assessments, market landscape analysis, product lifecycle strategies, go‑to‑market models, launch strategies, and analytical work streams.

Responsibilities

• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations and material development for multiple engagements alongside management, while providing leadership and guidance to an Analyst and/or Senior Analyst.
• Exhibit curiosity about healthcare topics and connect them with client interests.
• Work cross‑functionally within Advisory and broader HC teams, with a good understanding of primary and secondary market research approaches.
• Illustrate business acumen and critical thinking skills on evolving client questions.
• Confidently outline reports and proposals in response to client RFPs and present them as needed.
• Take a lead role in client interactions from kick‑off through all interim meetings and at reporting if appropriate.
• Lead the development, production, and interpretation of data for standard reports and utilize analytics resources.
• Support management in developing strategic recommendations, business development opportunities and marketing materials such as White Papers.
• Actively support business development efforts and build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA/MPH preferred.
• 4+ years of professional life science experience, preferably in consulting, branding/marketing, management consulting, brand management or market research.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Passion for bringing clarity to ambiguous situations.
• Passion for healthcare and solving client business needs.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with a good understanding of primary and secondary market research.
• Illustrate business acumen and critical thinking skills.
• Confidence outlining reports and proposals in response to client RFPs and final presentations to Ipsos clients.
• Lead development, production, and interpretation of data for standard reports using analytics resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required.
