Job summary

Humana Inc. aims to enhance patient, customer, associate, and caregiver experiences through service design. You will translate insights into service concepts and actionable recommendations, aligning people, processes, technology, and data as part of a CenterWell pod.

You will lead discovery research, conduct interviews, and build current and future state blueprints to improve frontstage and backstage interactions across core businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in service design, design, human-centered design, or related field.
• 3+ years in service design, experience design, design research, or related field.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills for leaders and partners.
• Experience creating service blueprints, experience blueprints, customer journeys, and ecosystem maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery research planning, partner interviews, journey-mapping sessions, and workshops.
• Create current and future-state service and experience blueprints.
• Translate findings into opportunities and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across people, processes, technology, and data to deliver experiences.
