Job summary

Hanger Clinic in Washington State seeks a Senior Healthcare Business Development Manager to drive market growth across Seattle, Tacoma, Everett and surrounding areas. You’ll build relationships with hospitals, health systems and referral partners, uncover new opportunities, and position Hanger as the leading orthotic and prosthetic care provider.

This field-based role requires travel, with potential coaching duties for a small team.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Healthcare Admin, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years managing and developing a sales team.
• 3–5 years sales in acute and non-acute markets.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across acute and non-acute markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals and clinics.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers in health systems.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs to improve contracting.
• Maintain CRM records of sales activities and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Hanger Clinic leadership and teams.
• Coach and mentor sales representatives as needed.
• Lead special projects to grow the business.
