The role requires 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of CMS and payer rules. Travel about 30%, with remote/hybrid/in-office options across US locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, revenue integrity, coding, and/or chargemaster.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct revenue cycle assessments for healthcare providers.
• Provide interim revenue cycle management and lead day-to-day operations.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and address day-to-day questions.
• Build and manage client relationships and deliver value-driven services.
• Lead internal educational sessions for healthcare staff and mentoring.
• Travel approximately 30% to client sites as needed.
