Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle Consultant to help healthcare providers optimize patient access, coding, billing, and payer processes through assessments and interim management. You will lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations across revenue integrity and the business office, delivering value-driven services.

You will mentor staff, develop service offerings, and build trusted client relationships while staying current on CMS rules and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of healthcare industry experience in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, coding, or chargemaster.
• Certification in billing or coding (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of CMS rules and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct revenue cycle assessments for healthcare providers.
• Provide interim revenue cycle management and lead day-to-day operations across revenue cycle, revenue integrity, and business office.
• Build and manage client relationships and identify opportunities for value-driven services.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry guidelines.
• Lead training and mentoring of staff.
• Develop and enhance consulting service offerings.
