Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 7+ years experience in healthcare revenue cycle, revenue integrity, coding or chargemaster.
• Certification in billing, coding or revenue cycle areas preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of CMS regulations and payer requirements.
• Familiarity with EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner, MediTech) and report extraction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct revenue cycle assessments (onsite and remote) and implement recommendations.
• Lead day-to-day revenue cycle operations and client engagements.
• Build and manage client relationships, assess needs and deliver value.
• Travel ~30% to meet client needs and conferences.
• Mentor Associate/Senior Associate staff and support practice development.
