CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Compliance Center of Excellence Regulatory Reporting team in Scottsdale, AZ. You will prepare and submit required state regulatory reports, manage a portfolio of reports, and partner with business teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–5 years in compliance, regulatory reporting, healthcare, insurance, or law.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage regulatory reports for one or more states or areas.
• Coordinate with partners to gather data and information.
• Communicate reporting requirements, formats, deadlines to stakeholders.
• Review and validate information for accuracy and completeness.
• Submit reports via SERFF, state portals, secure email, or approved channels.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
• Build relationships with internal teams and data providers.
