Job summary

ARCHSOL, LLC in Arizona is seeking an experienced architect and technical leader to drive quality and successful delivery on healthcare projects. As Architectural QA/QC, you will integrate quality into planning, design, documentation, and coordination, and lead a rigorous final review before construction documents are issued.

You will mentor teams, review multidisciplinary documents, and help resolve complex issues across architecture, structure, MEP, and medical equipment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience.
• Professional architectural registration strongly preferred.
• Experience delivering hospitals, medical centers, ambulatory facilities.
• Deep knowledge of construction documents, detailing, and coordination.
• Strong understanding of healthcare codes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project startup and establish technical and quality expectations.
• Review planning, design, code, constructability, and technical decisions as projects develop.
• Identify risks early and propose effective resolutions.
• Translate healthcare planning into coordinated, sound construction documents.
• Lead and document meaningful QA/QC reviews at project milestones.
• Perform final comprehensive review of the complete construction documents.
