Job summary

ACS Professional Staffing is seeking a Project Manager, Healthcare in Sacramento, CA to lead healthcare design projects through all phases, manage client and consultant relationships, oversee schedules, contracts, and billing.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of architectural experience including healthcare, OSHPD/HCAI knowledge, and proficiency with MS Project and Bluebeam; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of architectural experience, with healthcare project experience.
• OSHPD/HCAI knowledge and permitting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposals with consultants.
• Prepare and review client and consultant contracts.
• Lead project pursuit efforts (RFPs, scope/fee estimates, interviews).
• Manage project billing and forecast billings per project.
• Communicate with project teams and clients regularly.
• Develop design schedules and scope of service.
• Coordinate design processes and meetings.
