Job summary

Brailsford & Dunlavey, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Orlando office on a hybrid basis.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, construction, and activation of healthcare facilities, ensuring strategic objectives align with patient care and community impact. You will liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, manage budgets and schedules, and contribute to business development while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the real estate design, development, or construction industry.
• Experience supporting healthcare projects is a plus.
• Experience as an Owner's Representative or Project Manager representing developers, owners, investors, or institutional clients.
• Demonstrated leadership through multiple project phases, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and web-based PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Lead planning, design, construction, and activation activities for healthcare projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, and reporting tools.
• Coordinate procurement of design, construction, and consultant services; support contract administration.
• Direct and mentor Assistant Project Managers and other project team members; oversee construction activities.
