Job summary

Texas Children's seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Physician Organization to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and guide teams across enterprise boundaries. You will monitor progress, analyze data, manage budgets, and provide strategic recommendations to executives.

You will develop project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure alignment with HEART values while advancing strategic healthcare initiatives. A strong background in healthcare administration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years managing medium to large-sized projects.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads multiple complex, enterprise-wide projects spanning strategy, finance, affiliations, contracts, staffing, facilities and operations.
• Coordinates resources, data, information, and personnel to complete projects.
• Monitors progress against plans and budgets and adjusts with sponsor approval as needed.
• Communicates progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Analyzes project data and presents findings to support informed decisions.
