Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
• Registered Architect.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills.
• Experience with preparation and layout of contract documents and specifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule).

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidiscipline team on architectural projects.
• Coordinate work across phases with internal teams and clients.
• Attend owner/client and agency reviews for code compliance.
• Conduct site work sessions with Project Manager and other disciplines.
• Coordinate workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Review documents for conflicts across disciplines.
• Perform QA/QC and technical reviews; write/edit specifications.
• Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs and change orders; implement changes.
• Travel to client/project sites as needed.
