Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Architect to lead healthcare architectural projects in Florida. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate documentation, and ensure code compliance across phases.

A Registered Architect with Revit expertise and strong communication skills is required. Based in HDR’s Florida studios (Tampa, Jacksonville or Miami), you will engage with clients and stakeholders, oversee QA/QC, and contribute to design excellence and project delivery within HDR’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience and licensure as a Registered Architect.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and building documentation.
Experience in healthcare, education, civic or research facilities is preferred.
Strong communication, writing and presentation abilities are required.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate architectural documents through all project phases.
Conduct owner/client meetings and ensure code compliance with agencies.
Perform QA/QC and technical reviews of documents and specs.
Prepare and edit architectural specifications and contract documents.
Coordinate with affected disciplines on addenda, RFIs and change orders.
