• Develops and supports cross-functional management processes to drive growth objectives.
• Develops experience and journey maps for key constituents.
• Supports strategic planning with collaboration across departments to align with enterprise priorities.
• Ensures compliance and appropriateness of external communications.
• Supports leader in managing team meetings and culture initiatives.
