Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or business administration.
• 8+ years of progressive healthcare project management experience.

• Strong budgeting, negotiations, scheduling and team coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project or program and lead client relationships.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management.
• Assist with contract procurement, negotiation, execution, and closeout.
• Develop risk mitigation, contingency plans, and action plans to reduce risk.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliverables and monthly cost control reporting.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide leadership for cross-functional project teams to meet timelines.
• Conduct program reviews with stakeholders and support marketing efforts.
