Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead project feasibility analyses and coordinate with design teams, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control for healthcare projects.
• Negotiate contracts with A/E firms, GC, and other owner consultants.
• Prepare monthly client reports and monitor project performance indicators.
• Provide design direction and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
