Centene Management Company LLC is seeking an experienced Outcomes Analyst to analyze program results, design dashboards and scorecards, and lead complex analytics projects.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, present findings to senior leadership, implement action plans based on insights, and help educate provider agencies to improve outcomes while supporting remote work within the continental US.

6+ years of data analysis and healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Reporting and Analysis tools, SQL, and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.

Aufgaben

• Analyze program outcomes and collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans.
• Design and monitor dashboards and scorecards for assigned programs and identify trends.
• Monitor and analyze program outcomes to prepare for readiness and verify program requirements.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership on key performance outcomes and address questions and concerns.
• Conduct presentations to program stakeholders to provide data and information to improve program performance.
• Develop program components and manage implementation of assigned programs.
• Educate provider agencies on best practices to achieve optimum outcomes.
