Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• Master's degree is required.

• Strong financial and budgeting acumen.

Responsibilities

• Leads efforts to generate, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
• Performs financial and budgetary planning by division to ensure cost-efficient operations and maximize profitability.
• Monitors and evaluates operations to ensure compliance with standards.
• Develops, implements and cultivates policies and procedures guiding business processes and quality.
• Provides executive direction and timely reports to the CEO and EVP.
• Aligns goals with Medical Staff and stakeholders to achieve timely strategic results.
